Solution

This article demonstrates how to take a screenshot which tin can and then be attached to an email response to ESET Technical Support. Screenshots help our representatives better understand your issue and expedite its resolution. Windows 10

Accept a screenshot using your keyboard

1. Press the Windows key + PrintScreen on your keyboard (or, PrtSc). Screenshots are automatically saved to Pictures/Screenshots in your user directory (C:/User south/%username%/Pictures/Screenshots past default).

Take a screenshot using the Snipping Tool:

Take a screenshot using your keyboard

1. Press PrintScreen on your keyboard (or, PrtScr) to capture your entire screen. To capture only the active window, press Alt + PrintScreen on your keyboard.

2. Paste your screenshot into a programme such as Microsoft Paint to salve it: to open Microsoft Paint, click Outset → All Programs → Accessories → Paint.
3. Select Paste from the Edit menu, or printing Ctrl + V on your keyboard.
