Solution
This article demonstrates how to take a screenshot which tin can and then be attached to an email response to ESET Technical Support. Screenshots help our representatives better understand your issue and expedite its resolution. To take a screenshot, click your operating organization (below) and follow the footstep-by-step instructions:

Windows 10
Accept a screenshot using your keyboard- Press the Windows key + PrintScreen on your keyboard (or, PrtSc). Screenshots are automatically saved to Pictures/Screenshots in your user directory (C:/User south/%username%/Pictures/Screenshots past default).
- To access your screenshot, printing the Windows primal + Due east to open an explorer window and browse to Pictures/Screenshots.

Take a screenshot using the Snipping Tool:

- Paste your screenshot into a programme such as Microsoft Paint to salve it: to open Microsoft Paint, click Outset → All Programs → Accessories → Paint.
- Select Paste from the Edit menu, or printing Ctrl + V on your keyboard.

Android
Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and later
Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time until an animation plays to indicate that your screen has been saved.
